We are Pizza lovers and pizza takes centre stage at DOH, it is the most important thing on our menu. DOH Limerick, sets out to create amazing spaces for everyone from everywhere to share some quality time alongside the best Neapolitan style pizza and drinks on offer in the Irish market.

We mix traditional techniques with the best Irish and European ingredients to create pizzas that people love, proper pizza. We train our chefs internally under the watchful eye of our Naples trained head chefs.

Our Dough

Our dough is made in house daily using just 4 ingredients. It is then proofed for 48 hours minimmum, before being topped with the best of the best Irish and International ingredients. Cooked at over 400 degrees in less than 90 seconds… Bammm you got Proper Pizza!

Our Ingredients

Our cheese is handmade in Toonsbridge Dairy West Cork by an incredible team of cheese makers. Our meats come from The Wooded pig charcuterie who ethically raise their livestock in the beautiful surroundings of Tara. We invest in the best of the best to create our incredible pizzas, better balanced healthier food.

Our Ovens

We use Gozney Napoli ovens in our stores which allow us cook our pizzas in a traditional stone based ovens, open flame and up to 500 degrees. These are centre stage at our restaurants and the heart of our kitchen.
